01

General

What is OpenNetwork?

OpenNetwork is a Web3 investment platform that combines staking, affiliate marketing, and tokenisation into one dashboard. You sign up, activate a wallet, and access every feature through a single account.

How do I create an account?

Tap Sign Up, choose email or a supported social provider, and follow the prompts. A one-time email code activates your embedded wallet on the first visit.

Is my account the same everywhere on OpenNetwork?

Yes. One login connects Invest, Earn, Wallet, and all dashboard features — no separate registrations.

02

Tokenization

What can I tokenize?

You can launch custom tokens on enabled networks (Solana, BNB Chain, Ethereum, TRON) with configurable supply, metadata, vesting schedules, and optional on-chain transaction fees.

What is vesting?

Vesting releases tokens in portions over time (e.g. monthly or quarterly) rather than all at once. Schedules and beneficiaries are set during project configuration.

Do I need an external wallet?

Many flows accept your embedded OpenNetwork wallet. For deployment transactions that require signing, you can also connect a supported external wallet.

03

Investment

What investment plans are available?

The Invest page lists staking plans and fixed-duration products with published APY, lock periods, and highlights. Only plans marked active are open for participation.

Are returns guaranteed?

No. Displayed APY rates are indicative and may change with network conditions and protocol parameters. Only invest what you can afford to lose.

What is a lock period?

A lock period is the minimum time your funds remain committed. Early-exit rules vary by product — review each plan card before confirming.

04

Staking & Liquidity

How does staking work?

Stake eligible assets into a pool under the plan rules. Rewards accrue based on the published mechanism (e.g. share of emissions or fees) until the term ends or you unstake.

What is Add Liquidity?

Under Web3 → Staking → Add Liquidity you supply token pairs to a pool with configurable ratios and slippage. This is different from time-locked staking — check the labels.

Can APY change after I stake?

Variable-rate pools adjust with TVL and protocol settings. Fixed-term products may lock the rate for the stated period — always check the plan details.

05

Withdrawals & Claims

How do I withdraw or unstake?

Open the position screen and choose Unstake, Remove Liquidity, or Withdraw. Confirm in your wallet and wait for on-chain finality.

How do I claim vested tokens?

When a vesting slice unlocks, use the Claim action from the token or offering UI. Eligibility follows the schedule stored at deployment.

Are there fees or delays?

Network gas always applies. Some products add unstaking cool-downs or withdrawal windows — these are shown before you commit.

06

Affiliate & Referrals

How does the affiliate program work?

Share your referral link from the dashboard. When someone signs up and invests through your link, you earn commissions as described on the Earn page.

When are commissions paid?

Timing and qualification rules follow the current compensation plan. Check your affiliate earnings report for accrued and paid amounts.

Where do I see my network?

Use My Affiliates in the dashboard to view your downline, referral volume, and commission history.
